In order to get the most out of your candle, we recommend using the following care instructions:
Trim your wick to 1/4 of an inch each time before burning. This prevents excess smoke and uneven flames.
During the first burn, allow the full top layer of the candle to melt before extinguishing. This will keep your candle from tunneling and use the wax efficiently.
We do not recommend burning the candle for more than 4-6 hours at a time.

We try to keep a small stock of candles at all times but when orders get high we sometimes can’t keep up. Since we are still very small, there may be times when candles go out of stock or need longer lead times for orders depending on the amount.

We ship with the USPS and currently we are only offering shipping in the US. (We hope to offer international shipping in the future.)

We except returns of candles if they are damaged upon you receiving it or if they are unburned and in a resalable state with in 14 days of the you receiving it. If you have any questions regarding returns please contact us at Hello@saylorcandleco.com and we will do everything we can to help you.
